Ron..
1. use PQM ver. 4
2. convert "C:" to fat32,
3. expand into the freespace.. and if not already freespace, then make it so..
4. you should have no problem creating pm_hiber.bin

note: you can nor restore from the recovery CD with a fat32 "C:" drive.. it would
need to be converted back to FAT16..
what I do is create a backup of my virgin preload on another HDD (network or the
like) and then if i want to restore i just copy the whole thing back.. or to
another HDD.. all FAT32..
