Hello,
I remember reading a thread while back about IBM's policy
of having a unit reapaired three or four times and you
can get the same unit replaced brand new. Could anyone confirm
this and what the "exact policy" is. For the last 1.5 months that
I've had my Thinkpad 600E, I've sent the unit in 4X already for various
system board failures. The first time was only 3 days after I had the unit.
Well, if anybody has any info or "documentation" on this, it would be greatly
appreciated.
