I have this problem on a 770. Twice! The first time IBM EZServe replaced
the keyboard bezel after a bit of pushing. I reported the second time, but
have not sent the machine in. Eventually I will and I expect a fight to get
it repaired. I don't know the nature of this problem and why some people
have it and some do not. I use this machine constantly and I did notice
that several of the paint bubbles occurred when my hands/palms were a bit
oily from just coming out of the kitchen. This is no excuse, though IMHO.

Subject: 770 peeling paint repair

For those who have gotten peeling paint repaired on their
600 or 770, has the new paint started peeling? Or do they
replace it with something better than the old stuff?
Did they give you a new case, or just repaint the old one somehow?
