How about using a hole punch on some clear-packing or black-gaffers tape,
to create your own cover?

I am missing one of the "screw covers" on a thinkpad 770. It is the plastic
seal that covers the many screw on the case. Does anyone have a part number
for this? Is it available without having to purchase the complete screw
kit?
