770ED and Ultrabay II

     Greetings,
     
     I've got a mix of Thinkpads: some use 12.5mm hard drives and the 770
     uses the 17mm (think that's right; it's thicker, anyway) variety. Can
     I put a 12.5 mm drive in the 2nd HD adapter that fits into the
     ultrabay of the 770 and use it as my second drive? Is there a spacer
     available?
     
     It certainly would be nice to "share" a thin hard drive occasionally
     between my 600 and 770.
