[tp755c] IRDA upgrade - PCMCIA cards?

I'd like to use IRDA on my 755C (which comes without an infrared interface) so I was wondering if there are any PCMCIA cards out there that can do the trick. I'd imagine if there were they'd be quite cheap, after all it's just a UART and a small amount of electronics.

Any pointers/URLs/product names much appreciated.
