SP4 causes conflicts with the Neomagic 256AV... don't do it (it
actually tries to load the video twice, and you get stuck with
640x480). SP3 needs to be installed for the video to work properly at
all in NT4.

I believe there is a resolution on the IBM site.
My only other recommendation is to make sure you have enough memory.
NT sucks with 64mb of RAM. :)
