The largest amount of wasted time is unauthorized web surfing. The
estimate is between 10 to 20%. However, this may be a massive
underestimate, as the US Government states that some employees were
watched and they used up to 50% of their time in this activity.
I asked that FreeCell and Solitare be brought back for their intended
purpose, to train users on how to properly use Windows based programs.
