Several possible causes. First that comes to mind is Tweak UI: make sure
"clear last user at logon" isn't checked. Also, if you have a network card,
and primary network logon is set to "Windows Logon", I believe you'll get
that effect as well. You can change that behavior in various ways,
including having Tweak log you on automatically.
