Should I upgrade to 80 MBytes on TP760ED?

Hello,

I have a Thinkpad 760ED and remember reading somewhere that its chipset
cannot cache more than 64MBytes. I am thinking of adding an extra
32MBytes to bring it up to 80MBytes, but wonder if anyone has had any
adverse effect from this upgrade. I shall be mostly using Linux 2.0.x,
Windows-NT4 and Windows 98, in order of importance.
