Mike socket is stereo. Socket is also used for line input.
Mikes are mono.
Dynamic mikes do not need bias voltage.
Condenser mikes with internal battery do not need bias voltage.
Electret mikes that come in the VR box need bias voltage.
Some notebooks do supply bias voltage.
Most soundcards on desktops do supply bias voltage.
Power draw is mighty small.
