        $100 for a shell, eh? That's pretty pathetic.

        But if all you want is a CD drive...not sure what that goes for, but I'd
guess at least $200. So for $300 or so, you can have the base & a CD for
your 570. I guess that's not too bad.

        On first glance I'd say they should include it, but then I suppose there's
plenty of 570 (like 560) purchasers that would never need it, so they
shouldn't be forced to pay extra for something they won't need. Its not
like the 701's port replicator which opened the door to just about *all*
the ports & functions on the machine.
