Got my 570. So far, so good. The screen is much better than the 560
(bigger, brighter, higher resolution). Seems speedier than the 560, but
haven't done any serious work yet.
A question - there is a lot of pre-loaded software, much of it seemingly
useless. Any way to figure out what is installed and what it does? Some
uninstalls from add/remove programs, some doesn't.
Or is it better just to reinstall win98, add the drivers from the IBM web
site and proceed.
Another question - anyone have any feelings regarding win98 v. win2000 beta
3 v. win98 SE on a Thinkpad? (everyone one I've asked prefers win98 to win95).
