Ooh, see, *now* you've hit a pet peeve of mine. I hate the way everyone
throws around the word refurbished as well, and I always call them on it.
In this case, I knew what I was getting into and I came out ahead of my
expectations. Can't get much better than that.
I don't agree with your (implied) view that, because you've reported a
bad experience, no one should ever report a good one. I've seen enough
rants about IBM to know such an attitude would out them and every other
company out of business. It's only fair to report both sides of the story,
imo; especially since I've also warned people away from the company in the
past.
And comparing your previous dealings with DP to the atrocities of Adolph
Hitler, Saddam Hussein et al? Coolness-challenged, Bill.
