Yeah becuase I never seen one IBM machine use Crucial or MT memory

I know but I know it was for Ethernet and that it's like Intel had
it on all Intel TX and above motherboards. :-)

The one that stores the serial number and stuff. That's why my
board had to be replaced. I guess the ThinkPad is the only item where
I don't get a exchange if it breaks down during the first 30 days.
