Lucent Winmodem. As I mentioned in the beginning of the thread, I tried
re-installing the latest drivers (there's only one driver set for the 570).
The modem used to wake fine and I had not made any changes to my win98
config (at, least none that I remember). I had installed NT4 SP5 in a
separate partition and ran the modem from there. It works from suspend.
