The hiber.bin file is on C:\ My C:\ partition is one gig,
with 490 Mb free (I set it to 1 gig to make sure 'dose could grow
even if that size is wastful under FAT16). So, yes, there should
be enough room to create a 64Mb hiber file. (I have a total of
64Mb, the max for a 760CD).
The PM_Hiber.bin file is just 745,472 bytes in size. Woefully short
of the required 64Mb.
I took off the attributes of PM_Hiber.bin and deleted it, then ran
PS2 HFILE C. This creates a 745,472 sized file.
No error message, it says the file is 100% complete, but as you
can see, it is too small.
Fn F12 tries to Hibernte, but fails. The screen blanks, beeps, then
comes back to the '95 desktop.
Thanks.
