Folks:
I have a Thinkpad 560 running Windows 95 with the latest BIOS and the
latest PCMCIA driver for Win95. After swapping my Zip 100 Parallel for
a Zip 250 SCSI with Iomega Zip SCSI card, the system now hangs when
awakening from suspense. There are no other SCSI devices connected to
the system. This is particularly annoying because the IBM PCMCIA driver
documentation makes reference to fixing this problem (although the Zip
drive isn't mentioned; just a PCMCIA device).
I've contacted Iomega, which replied by suggesting that I update my
drivers. (The problem existed before I updated.) I just replied back
that I've done that, and am awaiting a reply. I haven't tried IBM yet.
Frankly, I thought the folks on this list might arrive at a solution
first. Has anyone seen (and/or solved) this problem?
Thanks for your help.
