I've been trying NT4 sp5 on my 570.
NT4 seems to run a touch cooler than win98se, although I don't understand
why this would be the case. (Other than temperature and a few minor
issues, I see no difference between nt and win98).
The discussion of memory leads me, once again, to wonder if 128mb would
work better than 64mb, either under nt or win98. NT's diagnostics report
that of 64mb, 10mb is available, which suggests that more memory would not
really make a difference. Am I missing something? My usual apps are
InternetExplorer, Eudora, Word and 4dos (or 4nt).
