bear in mind, EZ serve is NOT ibm, it is a private company, dedicated to making a
profit..
when IBM pays the bill, my guess is that its a flat rate, when you pay the bill,
you can see what the charges wind up being.. they earn more on you than an IBM
warranty claim..
this is only my GUESS based upon the changes in ez serve over the years..
Still, from what i hear about other warranty service on toshibaa, et al., ibm is
still the best..
(even though it took me to get their customer to be a happy customer)
