Well I just got my ThinkPad back from EZserve and guess what! They left off
one of the port doors, a screw cover and it looks like they dropped it from
8 feet in the air. The back left corner is all scratched up and the vent is
broken. On top of that the hinge for the LCD screen wasn't put back
correctly so there is a large gap at the back of my computer when the LCD is
closed. This is not acceptable after they forced me to jump through all
their loops. I called about the cover and IBM is sending me a new one but I
just noticed the other problems I'll have to call them again when I get
back. Ohh man will they get an ear full from me! The back left corner is
in such bad shape!
