I don't thing so. Anything involving a significant amount of green seems
to be fine. And it doesn't happen on an edge in the center of the screen
like you would expect if this were the case.

The last pixel isn't even drawn (or is black) if the color is pure red.
But yellow (red + green) shows up as pure yellow.

I'm going to get some DOS program that shows test patterns (and pure
colours and such), and try that. It may be a hardware issue, since Evan's
having the same thing happen, even on a difference operating system. But
then again, the drivers are made by the same people.
