As an iSeries owner, I was glad to read your note. The only problem is I
cannot download the pdf file and the document number to fax back was
invalid. If you have the pdf file, I would really appreciate it if you

| massive class-action lawsuit. I just checked the "IBM Servicepac for
| Warranty and Maintenance Options - Supported Products List" at their
| website and all of the i-series models (1410, 1411, 1412, 1450, 1451,
| 1452, 1472, and 1720) are listed as supported products for all of the
| following extended service packs:
