you're obviously having a conflict with something..
most likely your browser or whatever you are using at the lockup moment..
on occasion, during a d/l, some strange character will sneak through and cause
all sorts of problems..
try reloading the OS or apps..
also, test your memory..
the reset button is in a small hole under the on/off switch..
