We've used both extensively with Toshiba notebooks, and the IBM 600. They
work fine for all MS OSes, though the Realport cards can occasionally be
challenging under NT 4.0. Can't vouch specifically for your Thinkpad, but
I find it hard to believe that you'd bump into any major issues. One
minor consideration: if this is to be *just* and ethernet card (and not an
ethernet/modem combo card), I'd probably suggest the XJack, as you'll
still have a PCMCIA slot open.
