Here's another "good-service" story. Sent my TP 600 through IBM EZ-Serv.
They handled it very professionally and it was done and repaired in 2
days and back to me. By the way, the error on it was 8611, which is
apparently an error code for the System Board/BIOS. In my case, it was
the trackpoint which had failed and as a result the machine would just
not boot up right.
