Only slightly off topic, but I purchased my TP380z in October of 1998. I followed
the instructions and registered the machine within 2-3 days with IBM. Yet 11 full
months later, I'm *STILL* waiting for my personalized name plate. It's now a race
to see if my warranty expires before or after I get the little metal plate with
my name on it. ;-)
Has ANYBODY ever gotten theirs?
