this may be off topic, but this is the place to bitch about it.. :-)
the thing is, those name plates come from an engraver in boca raton, i think.. you
can call the help line and, if you still have the paperwork, call the engraver..
and
yes, i have gotten the name plates when i sent in the card.. and no, it sure should
not take 11 months.. :-)
