Occasionally, upon startup, the TrackPoint mouse will freeze every five
seconds or so, for a few seconds, and this will continue to happen in a
regular, pulsing fashion until I reboot, after which it usually goes away
without a second reboot. I've been into MSConfig and tried disabling all
startup programs (with particular attention to anything that might do
polling), but this doesn't seem to matter. I assume this is probably a
software problem, but has anyone else encountered it? Thanks -- Jeff
