12 hours plus shipping time each way, if there is no special problem.

Probably - you might ask when you call to get your authorization number, just to be sure.

I think the usual rule of thumb is that EZ serve is more reliable than local centers. I'm afraid to even drive near the local
center with my Thinkpad in the car:-)
