EZServe and my 560X (update)

Some time ago I mentioned that EZServe refused to fix my 560X keyboard.
I got it escalated, and today, about one week later, they called back to
say they'll fix it, and if they don't need to order any parts, it'll ship
out today. So it's turning out well, but I'll reserve final judgment until
my 560X is safely in my hands.
