EZServe and my 560X - update

My 560X came today. Unfortunately FedEx did not get anyone to sign for
it - they just left it outside my door even though there were stickers
on the box saying SIGNATURE REQUIRED and that release of signature
requirement was not possible. Sigh...

Anyway, back to my 560X. They replaced the keyboard and keyboard bezel
as I requested. In addition, it seems my 560X had a defective screen - I
thought its dimness was normal, but they put in a new screen which is
much brighter. The final touch is a nice new trackpoint cover :-)

In summary, I had to go to some trouble to get my repairs done - total
downtime was exactly one week - but in the end it was resolved. Once
they decided to fix it, it got back to me in 2 days. Outstanding. My
faith in IBM has been renewed.
