OK, I know you probably heard this one a thousand times before, but it's new
to me, so could you please give me some direction?
I have computer with a 28800 modem. It connects to my ISP at 28800. My
600E with it's 56K modem only connects at 26400 and it does this every time.
Why is that? Is there some way I can connect at a higher speed?
