I thought about this already last June, but it might also be that
their
parts webmaster never heard about the TP770 and other recent models
which are missing from the pulldown menu in their "parts" webpage.
It took me two email messages to make them understand that these
models
are missing there. Eventually they replied a week ago apologizing
and
claiming that they were notifying their [ir]responsible webmaster.
Since the anomaly has not yet been fixed, I suggest you also write
them
at the same address and IBM spokesperson. All the info is in their
