IBM customer service address (*not* e-address)

Does anyone have the street address for IBM Customer Service? I know this exists - I had a correspondence with "executive customer
service" a few years ago - but it now seems to be
a trade secret, i.e. I cannot find it on any of their web sites and none of the disembodied voices at
the end of the various IBM phone numbers I called today were able or willing to give me the information. (If necessary I will try
to find my old files - currently in storage - but I'm hoping
someone here has the info already.)
