I'm not exactly disgruntled - yet; it is just that my case was in the process of elevation last January
when I left the US, and I do not want to start at square one now that I am back and ready to recommence the struggle.
I suppose sending to Gerstner and mentioning my problems with finding an address for customer service might provoke a change in
their web design!
