TP 385XD Monitor parameters

I understand that I need to know the 'horizontal sync range and
vertical sync range' of my computer's monitor to be able to configure
an XFree86 Server. Can anyone tell me please what these are for a
ThinkPad 385XD? Or where I can find out? These values are not
mentioned in the computer's manual
