IBM has announced a second version of the Thinkpad 240 with a 366 MHz
processor in place of the 300 MHz processor in the first model. Does anyone
have any sense of what the impact on battery life of having the faster
processor will be? The faster processor would be nice, but the battery life
on this model is less than spectacular already. I'm having a hard time
deciding if it makes sense to wait or if it would be better to take the
current model.
What do you think?
