There used to be an EBay Underground FAQ that gave information on how to win
on EBay, but I think the page has disappeared. However, the main point it
made is that there is no point in bidding before the last 10 - 15 seconds;
figure out your best price, set up your pages to bid, and hit the button in
those last seconds. Bidding earlier only drives up the price. -- JB
