Well from what IBM told me, they are not allowed to change any password on
the system while in service. I sorta thought the same thing because I did
include the password with the return form. The system went crazy so there
was no way for me to clear the passwd's...I dunno, maybe the ribon cable on
the drive shell?? Just tossing suggestions out at this point. :-)
