My modem worked fine with Professional RC2 on my 600E, I'm now using RTM and
it's still working OK (had a few issues under RC3 though)
Have you upgraded from a previous version or a fresh install? Exactly what
files have you grabbed from the TP website, all the drivers you need for the
modem are build into Win2000
