This definitely has my vote too. IBM is like any large corporation -
made up of individuals who may be good or bad and thus alternately
polish or tarnish IBM's reputation.
If someone important in customer service (not a lawyer) reads your site,
I'm sure there will be rapid improvements in service, especially since
I'm sure we'll all sane individuals for the most part who can document
our experiences to any IBMer who wants to verify the incidents.
