Help!

All of a sudden I've started having a problem on my 380ED.

When I click on one of my dialup network connections, about 3 times out
of 5 now I get an error box that says "Rundll32 An error has
occured in your program, etc, etc." with the Close or Ignore options.
Ignore has no effect and Close then gives me a second, more standard
looking dialog box that says Rundll32 has perfomred and illegal
operation....etc."

After pressing "close" I can occasionally now use a dialup network
connection, but much of the time when clicking on that dialup I get a blue
screeen, and "pressing any key" gives me two more such screens, and
then the screen goes black.

I've re-extracted run32dll.exe to the c:\windows file but that didn't help. I
opened windows in safe mode and then shut down and rebooted
normally, but that didn't help.

Any clues!!?

Thanks in advance.
