American Airlines ran a survey of their frequent fliers who fly mostly
Coach/Economy. Biggest complaint: Not enough room to do ANYTHING. They
have added 2" to the pitch factor which resulted in two rows of seats
(which amazingly was the average number of seats per takeoff flight empty)
being removed from Coach. If you figure that each seat row weighs about
250 pounds, you can see the "economy" of removing the seats....
Basically, I might fly American the next time I fly even if it costs a
little more.

The first reason is basically why I don't work while flying. I get very
little work done.
