Hello all:
The comma key on my 560X is starting to refuse to work. Any ideas? I
had other keys fail before (return M C) and EZserve replaced the
keyboard. Unfortunately my warranty has run out. You may recall some
time ago I posted my frustrations with trying to buy an extended
warranty. Well IBM refunded some of my money after refusing to activate
the extended warranty. And of course now that I need it I don't have it.
Besides a faulty keyboard are there other possibilities? Anyone know how
much it costs to get a new keyboard (Bill: any help?)?

P.S. As you may have noticed I have not typed a single comma. And it's
