Looks to me as a feeble attempt to avoid responsibility for fraudulently
obtaining personal information and now trying to "switch" you to some other
product. I have asked them several times to delete my information from
their records and confirm the deletion. They ignore my requests and
continue to send me unwanted email and "coupons."

It will be a cold day in hell before I ever consider doing business them.

done their part. They earned a passing grade as far as I'm concerned.
