I can't compare with the 365 but yes, there's a big difference between the
12.1" TFT and the 11.3" DSTN screens of the TP560. At one time, I had 3
TP560 but I quickly sold the one with the DSTN screen and kept the other
two (with the TFT).

Sorry, my English must be lacking, as I fail to understand what "86ing a
display dead 701c" means. Do you mean you want to use the 560 DSTN as the
monitor for your TP701C, at 800x600? I'd be interested to hear more about
it ;-)
