Hello.
We have video of a 600 that, while sitting on a desk, cracked its screen.
The machine was brought in from a very cold place, then turned on, the best
guess is that the back-light had heated the glass, thus the failure.
EZ serve has gone nuts trying to decide what to do.
We simply called the insurance company up, they stated " this is a problem
with the 600s ".
They feel that it something wrong, but pointed out that this is not covered
by insurance, no laptop is in our insurance policy for anything but theft or
fire, so if the thinkpad were to burst in flames while someone were stealing
it?.
