I have a DeLorme Earthmate, a little yellow jobbie about the size of a palm pilot. Nice and
small. Connects to the serial port....

It has a long cable so that you can put the reciever in a place where it can better see the
satellites... I'd guess that a PCMCIA device would need an antenna sticking up....
