I had the same choice to make. I went with the T20 because I've been using
a TP 600 for the last few years and I didn't want anything much larger or
heavier, although I would have liked the superior screen and video
HW. Never having seen either unit in the flesh, as it were, I have no
particular knowledge of quality, fit and feel, etc.
Note that you cannot currently order the Ethernet/modem combo, just the
modem. I'm hoping they have it available by the time my T20 ships.
